If you are a very hard worker, sensitive and creative but you have no any experience how to flatter, there will not going to happen something with you. In your whole life you will the constant. Why i'm writing on it, i have also a motive, in our country you will find those kind of people every where, we can easily identify them because they are professional Flatterer, they use this tool as stair of being success in life, and they are able to do it. Because they get full support from those people he use to obey them. Specially in every in Government sector in country you will find those kind of people.
In your daily life, in your work place if you noticed you will able to see that, Your boss like most this employee who can flattered him and who are the most obedient. Those kind of people have no any personality, flattering is their personality. The ultimate result of flattering is not good.
So if you like or respect anyone just be obedient to him, don't try to make flattering to him for your personal interest.
