I'm here to re-present Bangladeshi culture, economic, problem, political issue, today i'm going to tell about the "Golden Fiber of Bangladesh"
"Jute" is called the Golden fiber of Bangladesh. Bangladesh an agricultural country. Most of people of population depends on cultivation. Jute is one of the most important cultivation for Bangladeshi Farmer. Once there was a time every farmer of Bangladesh was cultivate Jute because of it's hi-demanding value in local and foreign market. But now a day's picture of cultivating jute totally changed. There have Many reason behind it.
Jute is a fiber that's color is golden, so is called golden fiber, there have also another cause to call it golden fiber, once a time jute and jute made product was highly exported and earned a huge amount of foreign currency for this reason it was called Golden Fiber. Bangladesh is now all set to take part in the global competition for high value and competitive jute products. More than 90% of the worlds raw jute fibres are being exported from Bangladesh. Every year exports are approximately 3, 00,000 to 4, 00,000 tons. Government of Bangladesh has implemented new policies to focus on the production capacity of jute based products, diversification of the product base and growth of export earnings.
Once Jute industries played a vital rule in the export history of Bangladesh. Approximately it contribute 80% foreign exchange revenue. Those industries made approximately 4.5 million employment opportunity to made fiber and jute made handcraft. With the invention of cheap synthetic fibers and by the time increasing demand of consumer apparel product now days the bone of jute industries in Bangladesh Broke down.
The market for traditional jute products has declined over the years due to competition with the different cheaper goods produced from synthetic and polypropylene. But with the increased environmental awareness about the use of eco-friendly and bio-degradable products, popularity of jute products have been on rise both in developed and developing countries for effective retardation of ecological degradation. It has diversified use as industrial raw
materials, intermediate and end use products having global market demand. Jute has a great potential to contribute to create a larger employment opportunity, income generation and poverty alleviation through improvement of quality of jute fibre, adaptation of new technologies and processes for diversified jute products and alternative use of it.

Now a day's most of jute industries are closed for various issue, million of people become jobless and the tradition goods which made by jute are in extinct position!!!
our government should take immediately proper action to run all of jute industries, should motivated the farmer to cultivate more and more jute.
We and to see once again the Golden Era of Golden Fiber.
