Hope you are all doing great job on this platform, still you all doing a very hard work for our favorite @steemit platform hope hope you will all carry this kind of effort for this great community.
From some day i feeling some deep breath on @steemit, many also creating their post on the topics of future of steem or why people are leaving this platform, they are showing various causes behind it, i'm not going to share with you all those issue, but among those cause i find the vital cause for leaving steem is low rate of #STEEM. I feel very funny about this matter. People are leaving @steem only for the low rate of #STEEM coin. How it possible, What the concept they carry, what about their thinking for the #blockchain technology, I just don't know. I'm not going to criticize them, i just want to give some suggestion for them.

CHANGE YOUR MOTIVE:
What we do for our life there have a motive for everything. And this motive always turn into our motivation for doing those work and we get motivation from it. If you are thinking to leave this steemit community just hold on for a moment and in fresh mind just thinking about your motive for steemit and find the real one from your heart. Hope you will able to get my thinking. Let's see some common motive of steemians being active on #steemit platform:
- Earning a huge amount of cryptocurrency (#STEEM).
- Investing money on steem and earn from it.
- Building strong community on steemit platform.
- Becoming Whale and want to lead the community people.
- Representing own creativity.
- Representing own thought and philosophy.
- Learning from their for gathering knowledge.
- Being a Dapps developer.
I hope those are the very common motive for the steemians and i support for those every motive because those are the basic reality of steemit platform. Now hold for a moment and try to match your motive for steemit. If you are find your motive is based on my sequence 1 or 2 there have nothing to say for about your decision. You can take your decision, but i want to interrupted on your decision, this is why?.. Because #steemit is the most active blockchain technology, and every person on steemit platform trying their best to increase the rate of steem, and hope in very near future we will able to do it. we will able to recover our all kind of obstacle and every steemians will become millionaire. But this the only question of patience and matter of time. There have another way to change your mind for taking profit from #STEEM coin, You just have to forget about the past price of #STEEM, you have to deal with the present price of #STEEM, then you will get the better result.

No this is not the real thinking, real thinking is quite deeper than our thinking, to build a better career we need a better platform and better environment, where we are able to give our 100%, and i think that steemit is a such kind of platform and there have a very good positive environment, without any hesitation you can give your 100% here. Most of the time we are not getting our job based on our creativity, but steemit give you the best opportunity to do something based on your creativity. Just use this platform as a implementory tools for your creativity with your best efforts. Just forget about the earning, from now change your motive and find out what your talent, what you love to do and what is the better for your future career and use this great platform to implement your creativity, I hope this motive will help you a lot to stay a long on steemit platform.
CHANGE YOUR GOAL:
There have great word in English, That is "The winners don't do different thing, they do the same thing in different way" and this the real true for our life. In my journey on #steemit platform i noticed this thing and realise it in very lately. Don't do anything randomly, just make a focus on some concept and create your content based on those concept if difference way, and it will helps you very strongly to build a great community and you will get a very good result on it. People are getting disappointed and leaving #steemit this the real cause behind it. Because they are unable to get more attention on their content they are not getting inspiration and they are not getting huge support from others. Why this happen, maximum steemians have no a perfect goal for their content, they are busy always busy to making random content based on random concept, so they are unable to catch the attention of reader. Because every person have no any interest for every content. Choise are different. In this time on steemit platform more 10 content are being uploaded per minutes. So it is really so difficult to make more engagement on our post. I think creating content based on your creativity is the only solution to getting more people engage on our post. So this is the high time to change your goal, make a perfect plan based on your creativity and be straight forward to your goal. Hope it will helps you a lot to stay on #steemit.
CHANGE YOUR THINKING :
Let's see a example, comparing nuclear and joint family. In a nuclear family there have maximum 5 family members, in a joint family there have more than about 10 family member. If you are belong form a nuclear family how much support you get from your family, if anyone belongs from a joint family he get quite less support from his family, because his family have to support many ones. This is the exact is happening with #steemit, in the beginning there have few use but now it's huge, so we have to share our opportunity among this huge community. Just change your thinking about #steemit, because #steemit is not giving us anything, we are giving to #steemit. The much more you will support yourself, the much more #steemit will getting support from us. The much more you will effort for you the much more #steemit will getting effort from us. Just think #steemit as your family, if you will support your family, your family will support you, we are all member of only one community that is @steemit, not others, because those community are created to support #steemit.
Support yourself give your 100% for yourself, and #steemit will get the advantage of your cordial support and effort.
