Micro-credit, know as micro-finance is a methodology for rural poor people to improved their situation, this system is like angel for the people of rural are how live under poverty. Micro-credit helps them to get rid of from the poverty line and helps them to live in society with dignity.
This concept is comes from Dr. Md. Yunus (noble prize in 2006), firstly micro-credit stated in Bangladesh in 1976. Dr. Md. Yunus started micro-credit system with loaned a group about 42 women with the amount US $27, with the finance of Dr. Md. Yunus they started their own little business, after some day with their hard work they able to back the amount of loan, and able to sustain on their business and able to improved their situation. By this way Dr. Md. Yonus founded Grammen Bank to spread this policy all over in Bangladesh. They are started to work with the rural areas women's. Now a days Micro-credit is very popular name in rural area in Bangladesh. The organization Grammen Bank used to go door to door of poor and beggars, and try to make the faith about Micro-credit, they used to make group of women, and started to give loan and make them together discuss about how they can improved their situation with the loan amount in this way they able make faith on poor people and able to make their situation improved.
