I'm not a very popular person in steemit platform, and not also a very good content creator, Till then i write lot of article here, but yet not getting very good response from steemit community, but here i want to mention about a community @bdcommunity, because i'm still getting huge support from them, because i'm always to try to writing about some common problem in our country (Bangladesh), we have to face in our everyday with only one motive that we can easily identify our problems and with our best we can try to solve our national problem, can make contribution for our country, So i hope that i'm getting huge support from @bdcommunity, because this community is belongs from our country.
But here i strongly believe that, in steemit community there have no any country, there have no any specific community, we are all together, we are all one, we are here to support each other.
On steemit nobody can do anything without support of other's, here steemit is not paying us for our hard work and for our contribution, here we are paying each other for our's contribution for steemit. As like that if you are private job holder, you have to understand one thing that any private organization is not paying you for your contribution for the company, you are paying yourself, but how there is the question, if you are job holder you will be understand it very easily, any kind of organization giving us job opportunity for their own interest, they are making money with the help of their employee, and they are paying a little bit percentage as salary to us.
Those organization who are able to give the best opportunity for their employee they are the gainer in market. What kind of opportunity a job holder expected from their company, a healthy salary range, very good working environment, very good response from the management, timely increment, life insurance, medical insurance, proper human resource department, transport facilities, perfect working hour and mostly salary in time. If any organization is able to give those opportunity they are able to get 100% feedback from their employee.
Without some foreign and corporate organization in our country most of private and NGO organization have no those kind of working facilities for their employee, they are taking the advantage of unemployment problem of our country, they are hiring many talent of our country with a low salary range and they are not providing minimum job facilities for their employee, although we have to continue our job with those kind of organization because we are really bound to do this.
Most of private organization in our country have any gratuity, life insurance, medical insurance policy, proper HR management, proper official time, proper working environment, not only that they are giving our salary in time, for which we are working hard.
Those organization are making huge profit using us, but they are not giving us better environment and minimum facilities for our work, how long we have to suffer for this, when our government will make a law for private organization employee, until we have to suffer a lot, with our job and with our life.
