We are not experienced in any sector in our life by born, being experienced in any sector in our life it's depends on our will power, hard work and patience and this the very important to being experienced in any sector for our livelihood. It's just not matter of time. If any one think that i will become experts automatically after a certain period in my life, he is the most foolish one. He will remain unskilled whole over his life.

There have quite difference between experience and expertise, every experienced person could not be expertise, and every expertise could not be so much experienced. We should always make a better combination between this two things. Because experienced helps you to being experts and your expertise helps you to being experienced.
Training is the best way to being experienced in any sector for your livelihood. A trainer can show you the way of being expertise, he never can make you expert, he will support you until you have the basic knowledge in the specific field. He can't helps you all the time, to being expert you have to thinking about your work, you should have great passion for it, you should be sincere about it, you should do hard work for this, and finally you must have great patience to learn and apply this in your life.
Human being have a very basic characteristics, if you support any one, he loves to get more support from you, In your real life if you used to support to being any one experienced, there have a very much probability to take advantage of your support. He will always trying to push you to do his work by you showing the excuse of his unskilled. This our duty to support anyone until he becomes experienced not to be expert. Other wise he will make your life hell. If support him a lot he will feel that this is the better option being unskilled, because he will not in under pressure you are in the under pressure.
So there this is the better option to support being experienced if he have the will power, and if he respect your teaching and if he is respect the work.
