Our government should take proper steps to encourage farmers for cultivating Mustard as soon as possible. Otherwise cultivating mustard going an only history for Bangladesh.

Taro stem is a very popular vegetable in Bangladesh. Most villagers are like this vegetable. It's a very common dish for villagers because taro stem is a very common figure in every village in our country. Taro stem is a great source of calcium and fiber. It contains very low calories. Taro stem is also a great source of vitamins A and B6, minerals such as thiamin, copper, zinc, potassium, niacin, and iron.

Taro stem is a great source of vitamin for villagers. At present this vegetable is on its way to extinction. Because people are not cultivating this vegetable in their land. This vegetable grows in the land of abandoned whites naturally. Nowadays there has a scarcity of land so this plant is not a very common figure in the village also.
