Re-Post Before the Payout System Should be introduced By every Dapps developer For Steemit Blockchain.

Today i'm Feeling really Very Exited writing my First post using https://www.palnet.io, From the very begging of my Steemit journey i'm getting Getting huge support form Peace, Abundance, and Liberty Network (PAL). I'm really great-full to them. Using https://www.palnet.io today i'm going share my Small thinking about steemit.
WHY I"M FEELING LIKE THIS:
I have no any complain about the overall process of steemit platform. Posting, upvoting, Downvoting, Re-steem, Following every process of steemit platform really amazing. But from a long time i noticed one thing that, there have some very special post should get more reward from more steemians, But the time limit of a post payout delete the chances of getting more reward for his creation and for his hard work. There have another cause behind it, on steemit platform time zone has a really great effect. For the cause of time zone many post are become visible to us after a long time when the post seems to be payout. So i feel like that if that if there have any Re-Post system Before the final payout of any post it will be really a great thing for those steemians who are really do hard work for steemit, who are really very creative, who are really want to promote steemit. For example some promotional post for steemit, must be Re-post again and again util the final goal of the promotion being complete. This post will able to reach to the maximum number of steemians.
HOW RE-POST WILL WORK & TERMS AND CONDITION:
R-post system could be developed by any Dapps on steemit platform like @palnet, @partiko, @esteem, @busy, @steempeak, @dtube Many more. It's could be better profitable option for any Dapps. Because any Dapps can think it differently. They Can Set many terms and condition for Re-posting any post using their Dapps.
Some Terms and condition for Re-posting any Blogs By using Any Dapps:
No-1: Re-steem or Re-blogged are done by our well wisher or others person who like most our creation, But Re-post must done by content creator himself. This is why? Only content creator can feel the importance of Re-posting his Blog. Only he has the confidence of getting more response from his blog and only he can Follow the terms and condition of Re-posting.
No-2: If any content creator Feel more confidence to getting more response from his post he can Re-post his blog once again, before 24 Hours of his post final payout.
No-3: If any want to Re-post his blog, he have set a condition on his post, the Dapps he used to Re-post his blog will get 50% of his payout after Re-posting his blog. (50% of Reward after Re-Posting).
No-4: One can Re-post only one Blog in a week. Not more than One.
No-5: If any one used to upvote on this post before he will not allowed to Upvote, he will allowed to downvote or Re-steem.
No-6: If Re-posted post are unable to get more response and more payout, Re-poster have to pay 5-10% of his total payout to the Dapps he used to re-post.
No-7: Only High quality Content are Allowed to Re-post.
No-8: One post are allowed to Re-post for only one time.
No-9: There must be a Re-post suggestion option is the Re-posting button, and People will suggest to re-post any good content and Minimum 5 Re-post suggestion is required for Re-posting any content.
No-10: There should be set a minimum Upvote for this post. Like the post anyone want to re-post the post must be reach minimum 100 Upovote. Otherwise he will unable to Re-post his post.
No-11: Maximum payout post are not allowed to Re-post, the amount must be setup by the developers.
I hope all those term and condition is enough for creating Re-posting system by any Dapps developer on Steemit and this Re-posting concept will Encourage more those steemians who are really doing so hardwork and who have really great creativity power and who have a great skill to create a great content.
