Hello My dear Steemians,
Hope you are all well, i'm not well feeling very nervous and my brain don't response me perfectly, i just feeling like that i just forget everything of my life, randomly a question is raising in my mind am i alive. It's happens with me sometimes, i'm use to with this problem, i'm feeling like that when i become very nervous by tense or by pressure of my daily work. The motive of writing this post is that sharing some important thing with you all because it is a very common issue in our life.img src
What is nervousness and why it happened:
We can define nervousness in various way like, if a person become nervous that means he is frightened or worried about something he just confused what will be going to happen, if any one in very tense the condition of his mind or physical is nervousness, if anyone affected emotionally we can called it nervousness, huge excitement for any cause make us nervous, if we are going to do something for the first time, the feeling we get it's nervousness.
Here i'm going to taking about those matter that make you nervous in your daily life. In your daily life you will find many people who are always try to criticize you, they just don't care about what you doing, is n't it good or bad one, they just love to criticize you, because he betterly know that if you are use to criticize anyone, automatically he will get nervous and then he can take advantage on you. (Please keep a good distance from this kind of people). You just frightened on this person and his presence automatically make you nervous and this time your brain will not working properly.
Let's have a example, in your job sector you will find two class of boss, one is very supporting he always try to appreciate you to become success in life and always will try to make you confidential, there have another type of boss they are always try to criticize your work, your confidence, your personality, your approach and your presentation, that you always lack behind him, you will be always nervous in-font of those kind of boss, and your brain will not working properly with him. If you have those kind of boss this the better option quite the job.
Worried and tension is very common thing in our daily life, tension for family, tension for work, tension for future randomly make us nervous, it's really harmful for your health and for your daily task, so try to stay always tension free otherwise after a certain period your brain will stop working, you will feel like you just lost your memory.
Another thing is very common for human being, we become very nervous when we are going to do anything for the first time. For example if you are going to attend job interview for the first time you must be nervous, this time our brain does not response us properly.
Self confidence is the only thing that can give you a nervous-less life.
