Hope you are very much talkative from your childhood and you always get much more satisfaction talking much more with other because you always love to talk. If your office Boos tell you that i will give you promotion if you are able to change your talkative character. What you will do? I'm very sure this time you will never think about your promotion, Just thinking about to quite the job. It's Make a very negative sense on your mind. In this time you will feel like that i just can't change my behavior or habits only i can quite my job.
On the other hand if the situation is like that, this job is very important for you, if you lost it, it will quite difficult to manage other job in very short time. You have to carry on with this job, But there have a very straight order from you boss you have to change your bad habits or behavior.

Then what is the solution for this big problem. As soon as possible you have to find out the proper solution. Otherwise you will be disappoint and gradually you will lost your self confidence and it can spoil your whole career.
In those kind of cases solution from other or third party is not become effective. Solution must comes from your thinking and your mind, otherwise there have great probability being confused.
Just be relax i have a proper solution for those kind of issue. Make easy yourself and firstly started to thinking. Make it very sure that is it your natural behavior or Habits. If you fail to distinguish this two think it will be difficult to find out the solution.
If it is your natural behavior never just never think to change it for any purpose. In this case you have to think about those person who are not feeling comfortable with your natural behavior and try to find out the real cause why they are not like your behavior. if you are able to find out reason behind what will be next process. Just never think to change their outlook on your behavior. Just try to find similar behavior upon him or her and if you are able to find it out from then started to dislike his or her behavior technically. After few days when he or she will able to realise that you are disliking her one behavior that's his or her natural, he or she will become shame for that. Just like tit for Tat.
If it is your habit, then the solution is depend on, habits attributes, if it look like bad just try to change it. If it is Good, then without any hesitation try to convince him or her until he or she realise that your habits is Good.
Why i'm writing this blog? This is very common issue in our real life, and maximum time we fail to get the proper solution. We took wrong decision for our betterment. But in the we become very upset for those kind of simple issue and lost our valuable self-confidence.
