Travel to "Jaflong Sylhet" to Erase the illusion of busyness.

Hello Everyone, Myself Shadon Chandra Barman and Working as MIS (Management Information System) Executive in a renowned Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company In Bangladesh named [Lithe Group](www.lithegroup.com). Lithegroup is complete knit composite factory with the department knitting, Dyeing, Allover Print, Screenprint, and Garments Sewing unit. HR Admin & Compliance Department is a very important Department for any Ready Made Garments Manufacturing Company and the employee of the HR Admin & Compliance Department always works under pressure of Management. An Employee life in a Garments Manufacturing Company is very complicated. They spend their life in a regular circle and they always try to get out of this circle.

In an attempt to erase the illusion of business and trying to give some time to ourselves and our family, We wanted to get lost in the midst of inanimate nature. All Employee of HR Admin & Compliance Department of Lithegroup decided to hang out in nature with their family members by arranging a picnic. I was invited by HR Department to join with them. We decided to go **"JAFLONG SHYLET" ** with our family member on Friday 21st February.

We reserved a Bus with a sound system for one day and two nights. After the working hours of Thursday, we started our journey for Jaflong at 11.00 PM. We made a great plan for our tour. We rent a sound system for playing music, announcing and singing for ourselves. Most of our members are married they took all of their family members with them.

We started our journey from the premises of our Factory in Gazipur. After 30 min of our journey, we serve some light food to everyone with drinking water and soft drink and distribute medicine to those people who have vomiting issues in Bus journey. Then we play music on our sound system and some of us started dancing in the middle point of Bus. I danced till it was dawn. Some of us trying to sleep on the Bus. But we didn't give them any chances to sleep. Because we promised we will not sleep until our tour End.

Before the morning prayer, we stopped our sound dancing and going to our seat to take some rest. When it was 6 am we reached in front of the great Majar Sharif Hajrat Shahjalal Majar In Shylet. Because of public holidays and is a beautiful tourist place many people come to Shylet to visit this Majar.

It was quite impossible to visit the main Majar with our ladies and children. So we have to go back to our bus. But in front of Majar we found a field to discuss our next plan and enjoying the peaceful beauty of Morning in front of this great peaceful place. We took some group photos also here.

Then we get into our bus and started our journey to Jaflong. We were very tired and hungry. We stopped our bus in a restaurant and took our breakfast.

We maintain a dress code both gents and ladies. Our factory made Polo T-shirt for the Man and Yellow dress code for ladies. After taking our breakfast once again we started our journey towards Jaflong. On Bus, we were started singing and dancing. It was really a great experience for me and for the first time dancing on the bus.

After one hour we reached very near to the Jaflong and very closed to the Indian Border. We were able to see the great beauty of Meghalay Mountain.

We stopped our bus and all of us get down from the bus and trying to go as much as near to the great Meghalaya Mountain of India. The mountain was full of the cloud because of its great hight so we are unable to capture a very clear photo of this mountain.

We were all busy to enjoy the beauty of this mountain and busy to capturing pictures making this mountain as our photo background.

The great beauty of this mountain makes us so joyful. For a while, we became as like a child.

We spend there for about one hour. Then once again we started our journey towards Jaflong. It took around one hour to reach our final destination at 10.30 we reached Jaflong.

As our plan, we divided into 4 Groups and changed our dress and go to the Jaflon stone Lake to enjoy ourselves.

Because of public holidays, the number of visitor was remarkable. The whole lake was full of the visitor. With my group we started came into the very close of this lake and without wasting any time we get into the fresh and slide cold water of this lake.

We made great fun together in the water. We just forget that we are an adult who started to behave like a teenager.

We hired a photographer to capture our picture.

We spend more than 3 hours in this lake and enjoy a lot.

It is a part of India. No one allowed to go there without permission.

When it was at 2 pm we become very tired and hungry. Then we went back to our bus and changed our wet clothes. Wearing dry clothes we all went to a restaurant for lunch.

There were a lot of restaurants but every restaurant was full with the visitor. After waiting for more than 30 min we were able to manage seats for all of us.

After taking lunch we leave Jaflong. And started to find a very suitable place for our next plan. Finally we able to get a field for our next plan.

We arrange a lottery with 26 Prices. and the price of the per lottery was 100 BDT. It's just for Fun. Among the 100 Lottery, we made a draw with the help of children.

It was really very exciting moment for us. When anyone wins the lottery he just became very happy and started to shout.

We arrange some very exiting and traditional games for making the picnic very enjoyable. Our first game was "HARI VANGA". It was really a very exciting and funny game we all enjoyed it very much.

Pillow Passing Game with music for Girls and Ladies. It was also a great enjoyable game for us. We all enjoyed it very much.

Then Spoon and Marvel Race for both men and women.

After finishing this game we leave the field and get into the bus and we distribute prizes among the lottery winner and among the winner every game.

All the way we were singing and dancing on the bus. I didn't sleep for a single moment until we reached our house. This tour really very exciting and enjoyable for of all us. It just refreshed us gave us great stamina and self-confidence for our daily life.
