In our Country the process of development is very slower than the Town. Villagers never expect much development. They just want to get much support from local government for their cultivation. Proper water supply, Seeds Supply, fertilizer supply. If any local government able to provide those facilities based on villagers needs, the development of any villages will happen in very short way. To Develop any villages this is very important to Develop transport system of any village. Because farmer has to supply their cultivated goods.
By developing educational facilities villagers are able to change their life style,thinking and the way of contribution or serve the country. Much youth are being educated day by day,and they are trying to leave the villages for their better career. It's not a very good news at all. Our Government with the of local government should take some very effective project to prove it that being a farmer is really very profitable and it's a very respected profession. Being a farmer is the best option to serve the country as well as serve the Human being.
Every villages should be a model for others villages. Only our new generation and youth can do it very easily. But convincing youth and our new generation is really very challenging. Our Government should thing some alternative way to convince them. Our Government have to think as like our youth does. We should introduce much more technology in our agriculture sector, otherwise our youth and our next generation will not show much more interest staying in villages and Doing agricultural task.
